Sill repair plate (for Mercedes W201 190)

One of the most common weak points on Mercedes-Benz W201 190 is corrosion on the jacking points and sill tips. After many years, almost all vehicles show damage in these areas, sometimes with extensive loss of the metal structure.

As the sills are crucial to the structural integrity of the body, defects in these areas can often result in the vehicle failing the main inspection.
